Gadolinium (Gd) and Chromium (Cr) co-doped BaTiO3 were prepared by conventional solid state reaction method. Structural characteristics of the prepared samples were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis, revealed cubic structure. Particle size of the synthesized samples is in the range of 10-18 nm. The temperature dependent electrical studies were performed from room temperature to 673 K. The electrical properties showed the PTCR behaviour below 473 K. The temperature dependent dielectric measurements were performed in the range 313 K to 673 K. Thermoelectric studies showed electrons as majority charge carriers. © Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.en_US
