The dielectric permittivity as function temperature in the range of 40 to 120 °C for the polymer film of PMMA and its composite film of PMMA with Al2O3at 10 weight percent is studied at different frequency. The ac conductivity of PMMA film and its composite Al2O3polymer film shows that increases the temperature and frequency the ac conductivity increases anomaly at lower temperatures becomes more obvious with increasing the frequency and in composite film the Al2O3doping content, which probably corresponds to a transition from ferroelectric to anti-ferroelectric phases. The film is characterized by using X-ray diffractometer and it is confirmed that the structure of the composite film is in hexagonal. The appearance of sharp peaks indicates that sample posses’ micro Al2O3crystal structure of Aluminum oxide. © 2016 American Scientific Publishers. All rights reserved.en_US
