Abstract: | The present study investigates the most decisive factors contributing to stress and the level of occupational stress among working women through factor analysis by using SPSS 20 software. There were six occupational stress factors identified viz.; salary/wage availability in time, leave/gap availability in time, work satisfaction level, heavy physical work, colleague support and opportunity to improve the economic level to analyze in this study. Descriptive Statistics and Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) were used to analyze the data. |
