Abstract: | In the present paper, Zinc oxide nanoparticles were prepared by sol-gel method. Polyaniline-Zinc oxide (PANI-ZnO) Nanocomposites were synthesized by in-situ polymerization method by using various weight percentage of ZnO nanoparticles as 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50%.The Nanocomposites were characterized X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy technique. The DC conductivity of the samples was measured as a function of temperature in the range 30-180°C and it was found that the conductivity increases by addition of the ZnO nanoparticles. © 2016 Elsevier Ltd.
