dc.description.abstract | Now a days the medical sector has become highly complicated and list of people who have need of medical services increasing day by day. Because of these increase in services, medical staff faces with more and more challenges. To improve the quality of patient's life, wireless technology allows doctors to monitor patient's health condition remotely and gives them timely health information reminder anywhere anytime. The recent advanced biomedical sensors technology (i.e. wearable sensor), low-power integrated circuit and wireless communications have allowed the implementation of low-cost, small size and efficient physiological wearable sensor nodes. In this paper the advanced system contains the sensor nodes such as heart rate sensor and temperature sensor; these are capable of sensing the analog biomedical signal. These signals are then processed by using Arduino board and the processed data is integrated before transmitting. The information is continuously sent to the server through Zigbee network. At the receiver side, the collected information is analysed by the doctor. If any abnormal condition found in patients health than immediately alert system comes into action. This is performed by sending a stored message to the respective doctors of particular patient using GSM module. With the help of Zigbee transceivers and GSM module doctors monitor the patient's health continuously. This gives the efficiency and services in medical sector. © 2017 IEEE. | en_US |
