dc.description.abstract | Nickel ferrites were synthesized in various compositions by employing sol gel technique at different sintering temperatures. The sintered ferrites were characterized by XRD and SEM for structural and morphological studies which confirm the formation of Nickel ferrite nano particles. Dielectric and ac conductivity studies were performed on nano Nickel ferrites of different stoichiometric ratio. The effect of grain size on the dielectric response and ac conductivity is discussed in this paper. © 2012 SPIE. | en_US |
