Some new bactericidal and fungicidal derivatives of 1,2-disubstituted-4-(2, 5-disubstituted indol-3-yl) methylene] imidazolin-5 (4H)-ones, imidazoimidazole, imidazobenzimidazole have been synthesized by the condensation of respective 2-phenyl-4-[(2,5-disubstituted indol-3-yl) methylene]- oxazolin-5(4H)-ones. The structures have been deduced on the basis of IR, 1H NMR and mass spectral data.en_US
