Abstract: This paper analyses the steady two-dimensional boundary layer flow of an incompressible visco-elastic fluid saturated in a porous medium over non-isothermal stretching sheet. The presence of Buoyancy force leads to the coupling and non-linearity in the boundary value problem. A numerical shooting technique for two unknown initial conditions with fourth order Runge-Kutta integration scheme is used (Abel et al 2002) to solve the coupled non-linear problem. Results are analysed for different values of non-dimensional physical parameters. One of the important finding is that the effect of Grashof number is to increase the horizontal velocity profile and to decrease the temperature profile in the presence / absence of porous medium.
